Cooking Demos
Cooking is fundamental to a healthy lifestyle. The only way to ensure that you are eating clean, fresh unadulterated food is to cook it yourself. Cooking is also fun and easy! If you are new to cooking or would like to brush up on your skills, expand your repertoire or learn how to prepare healthier meals, Martha Ma could show you how. Martha teaches basic shopping, preparation and cooking techniques to individuals and small groups with an emphasis on simple and delicious recipes using whole, seasonal and local foods. She also focuses on how to get the most nutrition out of food by teaching methods such as sprouting and fermentation.
Martha is also a community chef for Just Food facilitating cooking demonstrations for community groups, schools, special events and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
